"...assemble our own army to disarm this weapon of mass destruction that we call our President."
Don't know about you folks, but I'm a damn sight nervous about next Tuesday. As far as I can tell the race is a dead heat, and I've got a sickening feeling the bad guys will steal this one too. The worst part is this feeling of impotence. What can we do? I know some people hopping busses to Pennsylvania (a swing state) this weekend to try to get out the vote. Props to them.
How can you help? Blow up the request lines at TRL.
This is all over the blogosphere now, but if you live under a rock and only come out to check in with the good Doctor, Eminem's new video is hitting on all 12 Detroit-built anti-Bush cylinders. It's a mediocre song, but a compelling and well-done video, and the ending must have 8th grade Civics teachers all over going absolutely ecstatically bananas. If you're like me and don't have cable, you can watch it here.
Here's a link to TRL where you can vote to get this on the air as much as possible between now and Election day.
Update: My lovely wife was actually moved to tears by this video, which should tell you a little somethinig about powerful it is (and a little more about how crazy she is).
